Quality Education Today for A Better Tomorrow

Dear El Rancho Unified Families,

I am deeply honored to serve as the Interim Superintendent of the El Rancho Unified School District, a place that has been my professional home for the past 29 years. El Rancho is more than a district to me; it is a community that I know well, care deeply about, and am proud to be part of.

Having worked alongside our dedicated staff, wonderful students, and supportive families for nearly three decades, I have seen firsthand the strength, resilience, and heart of this community. I step into this role with great respect for the progress we have made together and a strong commitment to continuing that work with care, collaboration, and purpose.

Our district has grown through meaningful investments in learning environments and professional development, always keeping students at the center of our decisions. I have full confidence in our teachers, staff, and administrators, whose daily commitment makes a difference in the lives of our students and families. I am also grateful to our families and community partners for their continued trust and support.

As we move forward, our work will continue to be guided by our district’s vision, “Inspiring Learners to Thrive in an Ever-Changing World,” and our mission, “We Create Opportunities for Growth and Success.” We remain focused on supporting students and strengthening our schools.
