Measure A – Approved November 4, 2003
Voters approved Measure A, a $49.5 million bond, to improve school facilities and technology in the El Rancho Unified School District.
Measure A funds are used to:

Replace old plumbing

Install air conditioning, security lighting, and fencing

Upgrade libraries and classroom technology

Improve student safety in drop-off areas
-
Provide handicapped access
-
Make other necessary repairs and upgrades at all schools
Measure EE – Approved November 2, 2010
Voters approved Measure EE, a $52 million bond, to improve schools and student support facilities in the El Rancho Unified School District.
Measure EE funds are used to:

Construct and upgrade local schools and student support facilities

Improve student access to computers and classroom technology
-
Build vocational and technical classrooms
-
Make improvements to better maintain schools
-
Install renewable energy systems to reduce operating costs and increase classroom funding
Measure ER – Approved November 8, 2016
Voters approved Measure ER, a $200 million bond, to improve and modernize schools in the El Rancho Unified School District.
Measure ER funds are used to:

Modernize and transform El Rancho High School to meet 21st-century educational standards

Upgrade schools to equip students with modern skills for future careers

Repair leaky and aging roofs, remove asbestos and other hazardous materials, and upgrade heating, air conditioning, plumbing, wiring, and sewer systems

Improve school security and safety
In May 2019, the Los Angeles County Office of Education and the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) entered into an agreement to conduct an Assembly Bill (AB) 139 extraordinary audit of the El Rancho Unified School District. The purpose of the audit was to determine whether fraud, misappropriation of funds, or other illegal fiscal practices may have occurred. The county office requested that FCMAT perform this audit specifically in relation to bond Measure ER.
