Dear El Rancho Unified Community,

I am thrilled to share that we have had one of the best starts to a school year in recent memory! The energy from our students is truly contagious, and it is clear that they are excited, engaged, and ready to excel.

This year, we remain focused on our new vision: “Inspiring Learners to Thrive in an Ever-Changing World,” and our new mission: “We Create Opportunities for Growth and Success.” These guiding principles are at the heart of everything we do and reflect our commitment to nurturing and empowering every student. We are dedicated to creating an educational environment where all students are inspired to strive for excellence, both in the classroom and beyond.

I am confident that the positive momentum we’ve built at the start of the year will carry us forward to achieve great results. Let’s continue this journey together, keeping our students’ growth and success at the forefront.
