District Wide - Kitchen Modernization Projects

 

 

The project will include the design and installation of advanced HVAC systems to provide efficient mechanical cooling, heating, and make-up air for kitchen spaces. Additionally, a new UL 300-compliant kitchen hood system will be installed, complete with an updated hood exhaust to enhance ventilation and safety. The improvements also feature the addition of a new walk-in freezer and cooler, accompanied by a comprehensive energy analysis to optimize efficiency. Overall, these upgrades aim to enhance energy savings while improving the functionality and sustainability of the kitchen environment district wide.
