The ERUSD Governing Board believes that regular and comprehensive evaluations can help instructional staff realize their highest potential, improve their teaching skills, and raise students’ levels of achievement. Evaluations also serve to hold staff accountable for their performance. Evaluations shall be used to recognize staff's exemplary skills and accomplishments and identify areas needing improvement. When areas needing improvement are identified, the Board expects employees to accept responsibility for improving their performance.

The approved evaluation forms are found below and classified by employee type.  Employees are encouraged to inform themselves of the evaluation process and procedures by downloading and reviewing all applicable forms.
