Returning Students & Data Confirmation
This page is for families with students who are continuing in El Rancho Unified School District. Each year, parents and guardians must complete Data Confirmation to review and update student information through the Aeries Parent Portal.
Data Confirmation replaces traditional paper forms and helps ensure that student records, emergency contacts, and communication preferences are accurate for the new school year.
Students who attended ERUSD during the previous school year and are returning.
Students continuing after promotion (elementary to middle school, middle to high school).
1. Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal.
2. Select Data Confirmation and review each section.
3. Update information as needed (contacts, address, medical, permissions).
4. Submit to complete Data Confirmation for the new school year.
Tip: The Parent Portal includes a language selector in the lower left corner.

Estudiantes que Regresan y Confirmación de Datos
Esta página es para las familias con estudiantes que continúan en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de El Rancho. Cada año, los padres y tutores deben completar la Confirmación de Datos para revisar y actualizar la información del estudiante a través del Portal de Padres Aeries.
La Confirmación de Datos reemplaza los formularios en papel y ayuda a garantizar que los registros del estudiante, los contactos de emergencia y las preferencias de comunicación estén actualizados para el nuevo año escolar.
Estudiantes que asistieron a ERUSD el año escolar anterior y regresan.
Estudiantes que continúan después de una promoción (primaria a secundaria, secundaria a preparatoria).
1. Inicie sesión en el Portal de Padres Aeries.
2. Seleccione Confirmación de Datos y revise cada sección.
3. Actualice la información si es necesario (contactos, dirección, información médica, permisos).
4. Envíe para completar la Confirmación de Datos para el nuevo año escolar.
Nota: El Portal para Padres incluye un selector de idioma en la parte inferior izquierda.
