Workers' Compensation & Injury Reporting
If you believe you sustained a work-related injury, you have the option of filing a workers' compensation claim to receive medical treatment. Please notify your supervisor immediately if you sustain an injury at work.
How to Start a Claim
Contact the Company Nurse Triage Hotline to begin the process. After connecting, you will be guided through next steps and/or directed to a workers' compensation clinic for treatment.

Report Only (No Claim)
If you do not wish to file a workers' compensation claim, you should still report your injury to Company Nurse — you may decline treatment at that time.
