Interim Superintendent Biography

Dora Soto-Delgado has served the El Rancho School District for 29 years. She previously worked for the city of Pico Rivera. She has dedicated decades to the Pico Rivera Community. Being a family of educators, her husband and daughters are also teachers within the wider local community. Beginning as a teacher herself, she began her career in El Rancho, starting at North Ranchito Elementary. Being recognized for her leadership and commitment to the students and families we serve, she advanced her career to administrative roles. Her accomplishments as a cabinet-level administrator have extended beyond the district, culminating in recognition by the Los Angeles County as Cabinet Administrator of the Year in 2023. She is currently enrolled as a doctoral student at the University of La Verne. We are proud to have Mrs. Soto-Delgado representing our district.
