California Civil Rights Department Posters

In accordance with California law, El Rancho Unified School District provides the following workplace rights posters published by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). These notices outline important employee protections related to nondiscrimination, harassment, family and medical leave, pregnancy disability leave, and protections for transgender and gender nonconforming employees.

These posters are made available to ensure employees are informed of their rights and responsibilities under state law, as required by Government Code 12950.
