The Maintenance & Operations Department is responsible for keeping El Rancho Unified's 16 school sites and district facilities safe, clean, and fully functional. Our team handles preventive and corrective maintenance, custodial services, grounds upkeep, and compliance with health and safety regulations — working behind the scenes every day to ensure every student and staff member has a welcoming environment to learn and work in.
