Employee Benefits
El Rancho Unified School District offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to eligible employees, designed to support both individual and family needs. Our insurance options, wellness programs, retirement plans, and additional services are an important part of total compensation and help promote a healthy work-life balance at ERUSD.
Coverage includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Part-time employees may be eligible depending on their hire date and assignment.

Start Here: Enroll and Sign In
Enrollment and benefit changes are handled in EASE, the district’s benefits portal. Sign in to review your current coverage, update your information, or make changes.
Signing in for the first time? You will not have been given a password. Use the ‘Forgot?’ link on the sign in page and EASE will email you a code to create your own. The guide below covers that and the enrollment steps that follow.
EASE Login InformationPDFPlease Sign In With a Personal Email
Whenever you enroll in or update your medical and financial benefits, use a personal email account rather than your work email. Here is why that matters.
- You keep getting important benefits updates even if you leave the district or change jobs.
- Confirmation notices, ID cards, and account access details come straight to you instead of to a work account.
- Your personal health and financial information stays separate from district systems.
Before you submit anything, take a moment to check that your contact information is current.
