El Rancho Unified School District is committed to the responsible stewardship of public funds and to keeping our community informed about how those resources are used. In compliance with state law, the district publishes a range of financial reports throughout the year — from budget documents and interim reports to unaudited actuals and independent audit findings.

Budget Reports The district's annual budget outlines planned revenues and expenditures for the school year, adopted each June by the Board of Education. |
Interim Reports Filed twice yearly with the county office, interim reports provide a mid-year snapshot of the district's financial position and projected year-end status. |

Unaudited Actuals Published each fall, unaudited actuals reflect the district's actual revenues and expenditures for the prior school year before the independent audit is finalized. |
Audit Reports Independent annual audits verify the accuracy of the district's financial statements and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. |
