Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The Local Control Accountability Plan — or LCAP — is El Rancho Unified's annual commitment to our community. It sets out our goals for student achievement, describes the actions and services we will provide, and explains how we are investing our Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) dollars on behalf of every student.

The passage of LCFF represented the most significant school finance reform in four decades — shifting responsibility for spending decisions to local school boards and communities. Through the LCAP process, the Governing Board and our community receive ongoing updates, survey opportunities, and presentations about student achievement data, the district budget, and the programs and services driving our priorities.
