Over the summer, El Rancho Unified students had a special opportunity to experience the 2026 FIFA World Cup at SoFi Stadium.
Through ERUSD's partnership with Think Together and its partnership with Street Soccer USA, students had the chance to be part of this exciting event.
One of those students was Nathan Negrete, a student at Rio Vista Elementary School, whose story was featured in the Los Angeles Times. The article shares Nathan's experience and how it inspired the young soccer player to keep working toward his dream of playing soccer professionally one day.
