CCSS Units of Study

Deepest thanks and appreciation to our English Language Arts and Math Curriculum Council members and Instructional Coaches who spent the Spring and Summer of 2013 developing Common Core Units of Study for Language Arts and Math.  These units are intended to provide curriculum guidance based on the shifts for ELA and Math found in the Common Core framework.  The ELA Curriculum Council also developed elementary writing rubrics in 2015. The units of study and rubrics emphasize increased rigor and deeper conceptual understanding expected of our students as we implement the California Common Core State Standards and the CAASPP Assessments.
