Title I District Advisory Council (DAC) The DAC is made up of parents, community members, and staff who work collaboratively with district administrators on programs related to Title I. Each school elects a parent representative from their School Site Council (SSC) to serve on the DAC. |
English Learners District English Learner Advisory Council (DELAC) The DELAC is made up of parents, community members, and staff who work collaboratively on programs supporting English Learners. Each school elects a parent representative from their English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) to serve on the DELAC. |
How the DAC & DELAC Work Together
Both councils meet jointly at least six times per year and serve as annual advisors to the district's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Their input helps shape how the district allocates resources and supports all students and families.
